To use Twezimbe, you must:
a). Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a guardian
b). Have a working phone number and national ID
c). Provide honest, accurate information when registering
We may suspend your account if you lie or misuse the app.
2. What Twezimbe offers
Twezimbe is not a bank. It is a platform that gives you:
a) Business tools and financial literacy
b) Access to networks, mentors, and learning events
c) Opportunities to connect with service providers
d) Simple resources to help you grow and build
Features may change or improve over time.
3. Fees and payments
Some parts of Twezimbe are free. Others may require payment. We’ll always tell you before we charge. No hidden fees. You’re responsible for your mobile data and
internet charges.
4. Your responsibility
a). Don’t share your password or>verification code
b). Don’t post fake content, spam, or abuse others
c). Use the app respectfully and for its true purpose
d). Tell us if something feels off or suspicious
You break it, you fix it. Use the app with good intentions.
5. Our responsibility
We promise to:
a). Protect your data with care
b). Provide relevant, up-to-date content
c). Keep improving the platform to serve you better
But we’re not responsible for:
a). Network issues or delays beyond our control
b). Loss of business or income from app misuse
c). Actions you take based on wrong or outdated info

Your data is yours. We collect what we need to serve you better, not to sell.

7. Suspension or ban
We may suspend or ban your access if:
